Fuel injection

1. Fuel injection is used to achieve good fuel efficiency as well as eco-friendly emission of burnt product.

2. The sensor component generally uses three sensors to achieve large amount of information to engine operation the optimum fuel supply.

3. Additionally, use of 4 valves combustion chamber (2 exhaust and 2 inlet) has allowed designers to layout the spark plug at the center of the combustion chamber for better flame propagation. This also increases the total valve area relative to the 2 valve chamber for improved intake or exhaust efficiency (volumetrically).

BS Type Carburetor

The BS carburetor is variable Venturi type carburetor that automatically changes the Cross section of the venturi. This achieved but using the difference between the engine intake vacuum pressure and the atmospheric pressure to raise the piston valve.

1. Excellent fuel economy is made possible by using negative intake to operate piston valve for variable venturi.

2. Smooth operation is possible because the BS type carburetor uses engine intake negative pressure to operate the piston valve.

3. Stable idling and low speed operation are made possible by such carburetor.

How the piston valve is lifting up?

1. Throttle wire is connected to the throttle valve.

2. By opening of throttle valve engine vacuum pressure increases which acts in upper and lower chamber of diaphragm through a hole provided on piston.

3. Pressure difference is created between upper and lower chamber which results in lifting drag force on piston valve along a jet needle.

Fuel injector

The injector atomize the fuel into very small drops 3-30 micro meters and delivers it to combustion chamber this is achieved by spring loaded bar needle which forces out fuel through small orifice the unit has a nozzle valve a body and nozzle holder the nozzle valve seat on a conical seating due to spring pressure can be adjusted by a screw to give correct opening pressure to the fuel.

Solenoid valve injector

1. The rapidly switched solenoid injector injects fuel into the cylinder the amount of fuel required for economical combustion.

2. The injector can inject the fuel up to 2500 bar pressure for high engine performance.

3. This reduces emission are made possible through short injector intervals.
